For more than two decades, Jubilee Builders has been committed to delivering personalized, affordable, and high-quality homes throughout South Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. This offering stands out in the industry because homes are tailored to customers' needs and preferences and constructed on the customer's own land, at a price that’s lower than the competition.

Jubilee Builders wanted to expand their build footprint into new counties to reach specific targets, but due to challenges like rising interest rates and the aftermath of the supply chain fiasco, they needed a plan to inform prospective clients about the cost efficiency of building a Jubilee home. The concept was to call out plainly how much lower the cost per square foot is for a Jubilee home compared to the competition without sacrificing quality (which is important in a hurricane/storm-prone market). Through a strategic effort, we built awareness, trust, and confidence among prospective clients, positioning Jubilee as the premier builder when it comes to affordability, quality, and reliability—in an ever-evolving market landscape.
